Posting Under Your Own Name
I've tried several times to get the emails invitations to go through on the California Casualty email addresses and I believe that it's being blocked. If you want to post under your own name and not use the generic login information, please shoot me an email with your home email address.

The fun was watching the judging. Karen was the true analytic. She would take a bite of one sample, and then place the remainder on a piece of 8.5 X 11 piece of paper after she labeled it A-F to match the sample plates. Then she was able to return to her samples and "re-taste" if she was in dobt with her selection. It was a very methodical process unlike Chris and Kristina who would break of bits from the sample plates and then go back for more. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves and I enjoyed watching them.
