Graduation day arrived and all were in great spirits. The room was decorated and ready to go. The walls we were anxious to hear what everyone had to say about The Customer. The walls thought the discussions in each of the 4 weekly sessions they heard some really active discussions. Now they were waiting to hear how people had put their experiences in class to work.
Stories were told about how The Customer was helping communications in VIC and coaching in QA. Both teams say they can hear the difference in the calls they receive. Others found that the behavior styles inventories help them understand and work with others better. If you want more, talk everyone on the team to learn more about their experience with the program and the materials.

However, we do have one team (The Willing-Hams) that wanted to share their experience via rap. We invite you to hear their story and watch their video.
